First, I hope you are available to attend our Diamond Heights Holiday Party on Dec. 14th, 3:00 to 5:00 pm at St. Aidan’s Church. Just attending would be wonderful but if you have an hour or two to volunteer that would be terrific. Though the party is sponsored by the Diamond Heights Community Association, Resilient Diamond Heights (RDH), and St. Aidan’s Church, the main volunteers to plan and create the party are from the RDH Workgroup.
We need a few more volunteers to help with one or more of the following roles:
1:30 – Help with set up of tables, chairs, food table, beverage table, craft tables and decorations
2:30 – Help pick up food from Safeway and Harbor Villa Restaurant (to be transported by car)
2:30 – Help set up of craft making and then assist people who need help during the party. Holiday crafts will be available to make for all ages
2:30 – Welcome people at the door and click attendance
2:30 – Help staff welcome table
3:15 – Serve food to individual plates in food line
5:30 – Assist with clean-up
