Comments on the proposal’s potential environment effects are to be emailed to David L Young, SF Planning Department at David.L.Young@sfgov.org. You may also call him at 628-652-7494. Comments requested are for physical environmental effects and not on your support or non support of the project.

Notification of Project Receiving Environmental Review: provides a description of the proposal. The street address is 5367 Diamond Heights Blvd. 22 of the units are on Diamond Street. The developer calls the project, 1900 Diamond.
Purpose of Notice: provides information on what environmental impacts are.

The DHCA will endeavor to provide updates on the proposal. A Community Meeting open to the public is scheduled on Thursday, March 4 at 7 pm. Representative from the developer, Emerald Fund will attend. More information will be provided about this meeting via Zoom.
