Error in Upzoning Town Hall Announcement

This message from DHCA Announcements corrects an error in the
announcement for the Town Hall scheduled for Sept. 9. sent on Sept. 1:
Upper Noe Neighbors is not a partner organization of the Town Hall since the
organization has not taken a position on up-zoning proposed
by the SF Planning Dept.
