Fundraiser for St. Aidan’s March 20 with Entertainment and Auctions

Are you ready for “A New Day!” ?

This is an opportunity to help St. Aidan’s raise funds for community programs and also learn about an online silent auction application.

St. Aidan’s Episcopal Church is having a spring Auction Fundraiser on Saturday, March 20th at 7pm Pacific time. Our auction raises funds to support the ministries of St. Aidan’s including food-centered ministries, community-centered ministries and elder-centered ministries. If you’ve ever been to one of our events before, you’ll know that this is truly a FUNd raising event.

Dymphna Productions will perform a short preview of an upcoming musical “Ranch Dressing” and Elaine Jennings and Janet Lohr will sing some hits!

Of course, we can’t gather in person this year, so all the festivities will be online.  We’ll use Zoom for the actual event, and registration and bidding will use an Internet platform called Auctria.  Everyone who registers will receive an email on March 20 with the link for the Zoom event.

There you will find art, crafts, edible delectables, home-made items, collectibles, recorded stories for children and the family, goods for the home, and experiences to look forward to – all available at the online and live auction!

Online and live auction bidding will require a ticket (Registration).

The Silent Auction also called the  “Online Auction” will begin on Sunday, March 14th at 6pm and will close Sunday, March 21st at 6pm. A ticket is required to bid. Items may be added in the course of the week, and some items may be offered as “Buy it Now.”

The Live Auction event with entertainment will begin Saturday, March 20th at 7pm. A zoom link will be sent out a few days before the event on March 20th to each registered ticket holder.  The live auction will not run on Auctria, only on the zoom event.  The silent auction will only be run on Auctria online.

$50 for a “Table for 2”

$75 for a “Table for 3”

$100 for a “Table for 4”

Sliding scale also available starting at $15 per person
